- Project Title: “Developing Fabrication Process Flow to Create Fluorinated Pattern for Bandgap Opening in Graphene”
- Principal Investigator (PI): Prof. Jeevesh Kumar
- Co-PI: Prof. Jitendra Kumar
- Tenure of Project: 3 years or till completion of project, whichever is earlier
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications:
- Must be GATE / UGC-NET qualified.
- M.Tech / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering OR M.Sc in Physical / Chemical / Material Science.
- Desirable Qualifications: Expertise in semiconductor device physics, nanomaterials (particularly graphene and other 2D materials), along with strong scientific writing and presentation skills.
