Publication Policies & Review Process
Indexing & Proceedings: All accepted and presented papers will be eligible for inclusion in conference proceedings submitted for indexing in Scopus / ISI / WoS. High-quality extended papers may be invited for publication in special journal issues indexed in SCIE, Scopus, ESCI, DBLP, or ACM Digital Library.
Two-Round Peer Review: Submissions undergo a first-round evaluation for scope and originality, followed by a double-blind second round by three expert reviewers assessing technical depth, clarity, and research contribution.
Plagiarism Policy: Authors must ensure 100% original work. All manuscripts undergo mandatory similarity checks via Turnitin before review.
