Project Details
Applications are invited for one temporary contractual post under the DBT-NE funded project entitled: “Deciphering the nutritional and nutraceutical potential of Naga fermented soybean Axone/Akhuni for development of value-added products.” (Project Duration: 3 years).
Position & Emoluments
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (1 Post)
- Fellowship: ₹37,000/- + HRA per month for candidates qualified through NET/GATE or any National Eligibility Test as per DST/DBT norms.
- Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. or M.Tech (including Integrated M.Tech 4+2) in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Plant Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Food Science or relevant discipline from a recognized university. NET/GATE is not mandatory.
- Desirable Qualification: Experience in food biochemistry, extrusion/functional analysis, biochemical techniques, etc.
