2. About the Project & Position
Applications are invited from dynamic and eligible candidates for the temporary position of Junior Research Assistant (JRA) under the CSTUP-funded research project titled “A Unified In-Memory Computing (IMC) Radiation-Hardened Dual-Port Memory Architecture” at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIIT Allahabad. The project duration is for three (03) years or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
3. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech., M.Sc., or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or allied areas, with first-class marks in graduate and post-graduate examinations.
- Citizenship / Domicile: Only Indian citizens who are residents of Uttar Pradesh are eligible.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 28 years as of 1st April 2026.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of CMOS VLSI Design.
4. Fellowship / Stipend
- Stipend: Fixed at Rs. 25,000 per month.
- HRA: No HRA will be provided.
