The International Conference on Operational Excellence (OPEX) was founded by Professor Jiju Antony in 2004 in Glasgow, Scotland, and has since attracted over 1,200 academics and practitioners from over 35 countries. The 11th edition explores the vital integration of human-centricity and sustainability of OPEX in the era of AI and digitalization, bringing together quality and OPEX professionals across manufacturing, service, public, and voluntary sectors.
