About the Conference & Venue

The 4th International Extension Education Conference (IEEC-BHU2027) is organized by the Department of Extension Education, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University. The conference will be held at Shatabdi Krishi Preksha Grih, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The climate during the conference will be cool, with temperatures varying between 15°C – 20°C. The city is well connected by rail, road, and air.

Registration & Accommodation Details

The registration fee will include participation in the conference, conference kit, conference proceedings, working lunch, dinner, snacks, and cultural programme. During the conference, there will be some provision for local site seeing on payment basis. Delegates will be accommodated in a hotel/University Guest House on a payment basis subject to availability. International Delegates are requested to ask for an invitation letter for processing their visa application.
