Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Management & Gramothan (SKIT) has been Ranked No.1 Engineering Institute in Rajasthan by RTU Kota consecutively for the last seven years. The institute was established in the year 2000 by a team of committed professionals and academicians. SKIT has emerged as a premier centre of technical education not only in Rajasthan but also in Northern India, which has been realized through efficient and dedicated faculty members, innovative teaching learning methods, and core value of discipline. All the undergraduate programmes of the institute are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). SKIT is only affiliated technical institute in Rajasthan to have earned an A++ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

3. About Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineering Department was established in 2011 to meet the growing demand for skilled civil engineers in India and abroad. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and modern facilities, which support both academic learning & research, and also offer consultancy services to industries and government bodies. A dedicated team of learned faculty with strong research and industrial background ensures holistic development of the students. The Civil Engineering program is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and runs a Centre of Excellence in Transportation Engineering recognized by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. The Centre of Excellence provides training to government officials, professionals, research scholars and students. The department has active student chapters of Indian Concrete Institute (ICI), Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) and Bureau of Indian Standards (Standards Club). The department also offers M.Tech programmes in Structural Engineering and Transportation Engineering, providing advanced opportunities for postgraduate education and research.

The conference aims at broad areas such as Sustainable Infrastructure & Green Technologies, Smart Materials, Digital Construction, Transportation & Smart Mobility, Environmental Engineering & Circular Economy. The conference also aims to bridge the gap between research and practice.
