IIM Raipur follows a rolling advertisement model for Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS/PwD for Faculty Positions. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment of faculty positions (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor etc.) under the Special Recruitment Drive in the specified areas of management.

4. Eligibility Criteria & Minimum Qualifications
- General Qualification: Ph.D. in appropriate branch with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout AND a minimum of one year of work experience (industry / corporate) either before or after obtaining Ph.D.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore, and IISERs or at an equivalent level in comparable institutions.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
- Assistant Professor Grade – I: Minimum three years of teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding Ph.D. period). Fresh Ph.D. may be considered on a contract basis.
- Assistant Professor Grade – II: Fresh Ph.D. in the appropriate branch. Candidates with a provisional award of Ph.D. or viva voce completion may apply. Publications in Quality Journals preferred.

- Professor: Level: 14A: Rs. 1,59,100 – 2,20,200 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,59,100
- Associate Professor: Level: 13A2: Rs. 1,39,600 – 2,11,300 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,39,600
- Assistant Professor (Grade – I): Level: 12: Rs. 1,01,500 – 1,67,400 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,01,500
- Assistant Professor (Grade – II): Level: 11: Rs. 68,900 – Rs. 1,17,200
