Job Overview & Project Details
Applications have been invited from eligible candidates for the engagement of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a purely time-bound ANRF (erstwhile SERB) Research Project (2025–28) titled “Nudging to Address Over-The-Counter Drug Abuse: Promoting Responsible Use through Pharmacy Platforms in India,” undertaken at the School of Business Studies.
- Position Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Number of Vacancies: 01 (Full-time)
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements up to the sanctioned project duration.
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹37,000/- + HRA per month (as per ANRF/SERB guidelines).
- Job Location: Samba / Jammu, J&K
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, or allied fields.
- National Eligibility: NET qualification as per ANRF (SERB) norms.
- Desirable Preferences: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in behavioral experiments, digital health, consumer behavior research, or working on research projects.
