About the Research Project & Position
Applications are invited from highly motivated and bright candidates for the engagement of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position under the ANRF (Anusandhan National Research Foundation), Government of India funded project.
- Project Title: Implantable 3D-Printed Upconversion Nanobot-Hydrogel Device for Synergistic Phototherapy and STING Activation Against Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
- Principal Investigator (PI): Dr. Jiban Jyoti Panda, Scientist E
- Number of Positions: 01
- Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance and fund availability. Selected candidates may also apply for the regular Ph.D. program of INST if they satisfy eligibility criteria.
Remuneration & Fellowships

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bio-medical Engineering, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Computational Biology / Bioinformatics, and qualified in national-level eligibility tests (e.g., NET/GATE/GPAT).
- Desirable Experience: Experience in peptide synthesis, computational biology/chemistry and bioinformatics, molecular dynamics simulations, pharmaceutical formulation development, molecular biology, cell culture handling, animal handling, biosensing, and drug delivery.
- Age Limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 25/08/2026 (relaxable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules).
