9th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program
Indian Institute of Management Nagpur invites nominations of faculty members for the 9th Batch of Nurturing Future Leadership Program.
Program Overview & Focus
For Whom:
The program targets faculty members from various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It is designed to benefit faculty who hold administrative or leadership roles within their institutions, as well as those who aspire to assume such positions in the near future.

- Academic Leadership for Future Roles
- Expanding the Pool of Potential Leaders
- Critical Thinking and Decision Making
- Leveraging Emerging Technologies
- Developing Curriculum in the Light of NEP
Batch Size:
40 Numbers (On a first-come, first-serve basis)
Eligibility & Who Can Apply
- Faculty members, Deans, Associate/Assistant Deans, HoDs, Activity Heads, etc., from centrally funded institutions, Institute of National Importance, as well as UGC and AICTE recognized Universities, Colleges, and State Public and Private Universities.
- A maximum of 8 participants will be selected from Private/Govt.-aided colleges.
- The participants must be in a permanent role at recognized institutes.
- Sponsored Participants: Up to 2 per institute.
Programme Fee & Funding
The fee for the program is Rs. 50,000/- per participant (includes course material, campus accommodation, and dining facilities during the course). GST, as applicable, will be additional.
Special Provision: As this will be the ninth batch, the programme fee (up to 2 Nominated Participants) will be funded entirely by the Ministry of Education, GOI. The cost of travel (to and fro) and local transport expenses shall be borne by the respective institutions. For availing funding, institutions should register the faculty names through the MMTTP Portal Link.
